LRC Welcome

Welcome to the Lisle Junior High School Library Resource Center. Take a tour of the LRC on-line or stop in to see what all the buzz is about. There certainly is an air of excitement within the LRC at the start of the 2008-2009 school year as we unvail a new look. Our LRC computer lab has a new configuration that makes it much easier for staff members to use for presentations. All computer stations now face one direction and a new larger viewing screen will be used with our new ceiling mounted projector. Each computer station has been equipped with a new adjustable cushioned charcoal grey chair. In the LRC we have replaced all of our tables and chairs with oversized cherry wood tables and light weight cushioned chairs with arms. The new furniture continues to provide us with flexibility for the various seating configurations we use throughout the year. The sounds of our water feature and background music are the perfect mix for sophistication and comfort...it's a great place to sit and relax while reading a good book or magazine, work on assignments, and to do your research.
